  4. Mindfulness.

With that said, a short daily spiritual practice can go a long way in helping to balance one's lifestyle with one's values. Subscribing to a routine within this lifestyle can help further your practice, especially to preservere in times you might not feel up to it.

An ancient Asian adage defines health as: ‘Health is to move in and out of sickness with ease’.
