Procure Health, Achieve Wealth

Post-pandemic, you have probably already learned that robust health is vital to a higher quality of life.

To fully explore one's health is to know thyself. And thus to know thyself is to love thyself.

The 3 cornerstones to robust health are:

  1. Sleep.
  2. Diet.
  3. Exercise.
  4. Mindfulness.

With that said, a short daily spiritual practice can go a long way in helping to balance one's lifestyle with one's values. Subscribing to a routine can help your practice, especially in those times you might not feel up to it. As they say in the military; ‘Pain is weakness leaving the body.’

An adage from ancient Asia defines health as: ‘Health is to move in and out of sickness with ease’.
